What are your accepted forms of payment?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal payment.  All payments are processed through PayPal's secure network.  PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud-prevention systems.  Your financial information is never shared with us, the merchant.

Am I required to have a PayPal account in order to make a purchase?

You are NOT required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store.  However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it. If you do NOT have a PayPal account, you can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card to make your purchase. Your financial information is never shared with us, the merchant.

What taxes are charged?

All orders placed from within the state of Illinois are subject to 7.25% sales tax.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We will accept the return of any retail purchase from our web site within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be in NEW condition to be returned. This means items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Please contact us prior to returning your item, so that we know to expect it and can process your return. Once we receive the items, we will issue a refund in the amount of the product purchase price excluding shipping costs. If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we promise to correct it as quickly as possible at our expense. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so please let us know how we can help you.

What is your exchange policy?

Please contact us prior to exchanging your item, so that we know to expect it and can make sure that we have in stock the size of shirt that you need to receive in exchange. Items must be in NEW condition to be exchanged. This means items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Send the shirt back to us, including a note requesting a new size. Include a $2.25 reshipping fee per shirt if you are within the U.S. and $5 per shirt if you are outside of the U.S. After we have received the returned shirt from you, we will send the new size out to you immediately.

What is your privacy policy?

We honor and respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your information with anyone. Your personal information is used only to process your order. We will only call you if there is a question or problem processing your order.

Shipping

Where do orders ship from?

Your order ships from Yorkville, IL, USA.

How will items be shipped?

Your purchase will be shipped first class through the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless during check-out you choose the USPS Priority shipping.  For international purchases, shipping will be standard international first-class through the USPS.

How soon will my order ship out?

We ship each order as quickly as possible, generally within two business days.  Please contact us if you need something immediately and we will do our best to get it to you when you need it.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

FREE first-class shipping on all orders shipped within the U.S. If you prefer priority shipping, you may choose to purchase that during check-out.

Insurance is not included; you may choose to purchase insurance during check-out.

International shipping is first-class through the USPS.  Once you click on "add to cart," you will be taken to a separate screen where you can select a country and find out the shipping and handling price.

If you live in the U.S. but would like us to ship your order to an address that is outside of the U.S., you will need to contact us before ordering.

Sizes

How do I know what size to order?

All designs are screen-printed on KAVIO! brand shirts.

Of course, every brand has its own sizing, but overall, the short-sleeve styles are pretty true to size.  They are a fitted, girls' style of shirt, so they are smaller than a typical unisex, boxy-style t-shirt.  The sleeves and waistline are smaller/shorter than on a unisex style shirt of the same size. If you are ordering a short-sleeve shirt, I'd recommend to choose what size your child usually wears or a size larger.  The long-sleeve shirts tend to run a bit bigger in size, so I'd recommend to choose your child's usual size.  The size 6/8 long-sleeve is a large size shirt (more towards the 8, in my opinion).

How should I launder my shirts?

To keep your shirts' colors looking most vibrant, we recommend that you wash them in cold water and hang to dry.
